Through easy conversation, we discover, share and preserve stories.
We interview the participant about his or her experiences, memories and values. Family Love Letters synthesizes the conversations into a letter to be shared among family.
The end-product is a beautiful and meaningful gift of connection.

How it works
Our skillfully guided process makes it easy and satisfying for the participant to articulate thoughts. Prompts encourage recall and reflection, while making participants feel comfortable.
1. We discover the story
We draw out the participant’s story discovering the key memories - both big and small - thoughts, perspectives and values that have shaped their life. This process unfolds over several phone conversations.
2. We tell the story
We distill our conversations to unearth the narrative of the participant’s life, weaving the memories and wisdom into a cohesive, illuminating story told in their words and in their voice.
3. We share the story
The participants’ story, formatted as a letter, is printed on beautiful stationary, packaged into a decorative keepsake box and delivered to them as a gift to be shared with their friends and family.
